For our Nacelle Plant in Brande we are looking for Supplier Quality Inspector to be responsible for verifying production processes and adherence to applicable standards at Siemens Wind Power suppliers. You will be responsible for assuring quality towards the customer through multiple inspection processes. What are my responsibilities? · Conduct product and process verification activities at the suppliers to verify adherence to agreed production processes, specifications and drawings · Manage, prepare and control quality documentation to comply with e.g. contractual agreements etc. · Define inspection criteria in cooperation with Supplier Quality Engineer · Make recommendations for improvements based on evidence from inspections · Ensure that relevant specifications and instructions are used on site · Ensure that utilized tools on site comply with Siemens standards and procedures · Prepare and follow up on quality documentation to drive quality improvements · Fill in, complete and distribute quality documentation according to process What do I need to qualify for this job? · Interest to start in an entry level position within Supplier Quality Management which will allow you to move on to Supplier Quality Engineer or other relevant roles within the global function of Supplier Quality Management · Engineering degree or other relevant technical qualification · Experience in working with multicultural teams · Capability to communicate effectively with the suppliers as well as within Siemens Wind Power with Supplier Quality Management as well as other Procurement departments (Commodity Management and Procurement Engineering) · Sensitivity with respect to quality and standards compliance as well as knowledge about quality processes · Attach great importance to the issues of safety at work as well as the applicable standards and regulations in the area of EHS · Structured, quality conscious and have an eye for detail with a proactive approach to your tasks · You are able to work independently · Knowledge of MS Office and other IT tools such as SAP · You are willing to travel up to 80 % of your regular working hours · You are fluent in English both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
