Can you juggle and keep track of multiple tasks? If so, we may have the job for you as our new Supply Chain Coordinator. Vestas Operations EMEA/Supply Chain Planning Order Handling North is a sub department under Supply Chain Operation EMEA and right now has 15 employees divided over 5 locations. Office locations include Aarhus DK, Husum Germany, Warrington UK, France, Spain, Italy. We are the one point of contact for our Sales business unit, Service and External customers in EMEA. Responsibilities: This position requires a person who has the ability to dive into issues and seek information to get them solved, while also keeping track of numerous other pending issues. You will many stakeholders across the business and therefore your ability to develop and maintain good relations is crucial to your success. Your tasks will include, but not be limited to: • Customer support - one point of contact • Inventory Process Support • Handling non conformity report to customers • Reporting and Monitoring • Continuous Process Review and Improvement / SAP Process Support • Return •Ad Hoc assignments Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain will be highly regarded; however previous experience within a Supply Chain environment is vital. Competencies: Good analytical skills Expert proficiency in working within an ERP/MRP systems environment Advanced Reporting and MS office skills Expert ability to identify problems, determine possible solutions, and actively work to resolve the issues Advanced demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and team environment.
