At Vestas Service SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) we are constantly optimizing the service supply chain in order to deliver on time to our customers, and at the same time have an optimized service supply chain with low inventory and efficient set-up. It is an ever developing task in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Global Service, Supply Chain Operations, Service SIOP This position is placed in the heart of the service supply chain organization in the Global Service organization in Vestas. Service SIOP has the responsibility to define delivery concepts and network setup to meet customer requirements, forecast and planning for all materials for the service business, inventory management maintaining optimal inventory levels across the service value chain, and project management of continuous improvement initiatives within the service supply chain. We are looking for a structured, independent, analytical and theoretical well founded specialist to join the team. The target for this position is twofold: 1) To increase the organizational bandwidth on this area and at the same time 2) to optimize the existing data and reporting structure and thereby increase stability, validity and accessibility of key data in the organization. . Responsibilities: Main responsibilities are to maintain, run and develop existing databases to ensure all supply chain functionalities meet the business needs; and to support and develop KPIs, PPIs and various reports. More specifically: Be the department's expert at MS SQL, SAP BW and reporting systems Various database editing and modification (incl. development of objects, SQL scripts and T-SQL scripting) Translate SCM concepts into a SQL database for calculations of key figures within SCM Develop, create, and improve operational performance indicators to align with business objectives Analyze business requirements and concepts and design supporting data solutions SSIS development and support Ad hoc data and analyses by query. Qualifications: We expect candidates to have: Degree in Computer Science, Business Science or similar Solid experience in SAP, CS, ERP, APO and SAP CRM including data structure and tables Detailed understanding of critical path of information flow and data analysis Super user of Microsoft Office programs, including VBA Experience with MS SQL Server, SRSS, & MS SharePoint Work experience with systems and reporting development and implementation in an international organization (preferably within Supply Chain Management) Preferably experience in LEAN management, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma.
