Airtame is seeking a Supply Chain Manager with experiences from electronics manufacturing sourcing to leading Supply Chain team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing Airtame's global supply chain strategy in order to maximize the efficiency.

Your tasks

  • Manage a team of 2 logistics operations specialists.
  • Be the main contact point between internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Be responsible for both strategic and tactical supply chain management, such as sourcing, logistics and product quality.
  • Make strategic sourcing for new products in close collaboration with our hardware development team
  • Develop short and long term sourcing models that seek to minimize total supply chain costs.
  • Develop processes to drive efficiency within the supply chain.
  • Manage and monitor metrics for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience from within supply chain management, strategic sourcing of electronics components, outsourced manufacturing.
  • Experience working with global logistic and manufacture partners.
  • Excellent project management and business negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
  • Build excellent relationships with Airtame’s strategic partners.

Bonus points

  • Experience in strategic planning, financial control, team management and development.
  • Good understanding of the hardware space and its related supply chain environment.
  • Experience in B2C/B2B, transportation, fulfillment, and distribution operations.
