Become a trusted business partner and help drive LEGO novelty Projects. Join the Novelty Interface team You serve as a business partner for colleagues, management and stakeholders. Your mission is to ensure the logical flow of new products, supporting and guiding the novelty projects with supply chain related topics, and, in everything you do, you will have an end-to-end-focus. It is up to you to make sure that our entire supply chain is equipped to take on the process after the initial development phase, and you will be a significant business partner towards product development and other key stakeholders. Your specific tasks will include: - Support and guide the rational and optimal flow of novelties - Define and drive sourcing routes and make/buy decisions - Manage product policy and drive product lifecycle processes - Identify trade-offs and consequences, and make sustainable extracts based on analyses and calculations - Present recommendations for the senior management's decision-making in a simple, coherent and professional way Trusted to perform With your strong communication and networking skills, you thrive in the role as business partner, and you have the strength, confidence and perseverance to challenge stakeholders and senior management on issues.
