Support the supply chain & commercial areas of LEO Pharma with monthly activities related to forecast review, reporting and performance management.

The job
- Support the Supply Integrity area of the LEO Pharma supply chain and commercial organisation with monthly activities related to forecast review, reporting and performance management
- Forecasting and aligning forecast with markets
- Ensuring timely information communication to 3PLs and markets
- Administering the monthly data collection process
- Ad-hoc reporting
The position is ideal for graduate students who would like to gain experience as part of an international organisation working across our European markets.
We offer a flexible working week of approx. 15 hours. You will be able to plan your working hours according to your own schedule, as we consider mutual flexibility a matter of course.
Your qualifications
- You have completed at least first year of your study from DTU or similar
- You have detailed knowledge in the use of Excel in combination good sense of business
- You have theoretical knowledge of forecasting technics
- Experience in Python and VBA is an advantage
- You like to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders of all backgrounds and levels of seniority
- As a person you are a fast learner, energetic and you work independently with a positive and open mind towards new challenges
- You will be part of an international environment hence it is important that you have good English skills both written and spoken
- It is important that you are detail-oriented, thorough, and structured
A supply chain background is a plus but all candidates possessing the right skillset are welcome to apply.
