About the department The department Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) is part of Devices & Supply Chain Management (D&S). D&S is representing one of the six senior management divisions within Product Supply (PS) and employs 1.700 employees. D&S is responsible for devices and the supply chain management across PS. PS has a global production network with productions sites in e.g. USA, Brazil and Japan. Sales & Operations Planning is overall responsible for global tactical planning for all production sites, balancing supply and demand on a 2 year horizon. We are responsible for creating maximum supply chain transparency across PS, supported with various supply chain tools & reports. The job As Tactical Planner, your primary responsibility will be to ensure high quality planning in SAP APO. This includes maintenance of relevant master data and ensuring alignment with stakeholders such as production sites, purchasing and finance. Tactical planning is vital, as it provides a robust and stable foundation for operational planning at our production sites, reducing unforeseen barriers by balancing the production demands with capacity and inventory. You will be working closely with logistic functions at production sites, challenge and validate input to prepare a robust and strong tactical plan. Additionally, you will be working with the S&OP team to highlight potential risks which requires management attention and decision making. Furthermore, you will be involved in supply chain projects improving the planning processes and -systems. The team works out of Bagsværd, but part of the job will take place at the production sites to get in-depth knowledge and foster good collaboration. Qualifications You hold a relevant business education within Supply Chain Management and Logistics. You have practical experience with tactical planning and are motivated by supply network planning. You have high analytical skills and are very confident with data retrieval, analysis and reporting. Experience with SAP ECC and SAP APO together with Novo Nordisk planning experience is an advantage. You must have good communication skills and you must be able to take action and act proactively in your daily work. You must also be a good networker who is able to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders. You work independently, take responsibility and are respected for your results, commitment and attitude to your work and problem solving. You write and speak English fluently.
