The Support Team at Falcon.io is a part of Customer Engagement team and is comprised of dedicated and passionate people, who take pride in going an extra mile in order to deliver outstanding service to our diverse and highly interactive customer base. On top of that, the team uses humour as a tool. Being a Support Agent means providing excellent service to our customers and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Falcon Social platform. You will be in direct contact with our customers on daily basis and work closely with our Customer Success and R&D teams. We are looking for students who are interested in gaining work experience and develop their competencies in an international workplace. This position is part­-time (approximately 15-20 hours per week including weekend shifts & holiday coverage). Remote work is possible during holiday coverage and weekend shifts.
