About the department Your new department is responsible for the entire chain from the production of a host cell to the freeze drying process. The market is increasing - as well as the demands for our department in terms of making investments and optimising processes continuously. You will join an environment characterised by a strong team spirit and a genuine can-do attitude. The job Your responsibility will be to support the operations within the purification area, and you will work right next to other colleagues supporting the area. Your task will be to handle environmental monitoring, trend reports, handling of incidents, optimization and instruction and training of colleagues in hygiene and environmental behaviour. Moreover, you will assess the data related to the production of pharmaceuticals in order to ensure that we maintain the high level of quality that Novo Nordisk is known for. As such, you can foresee continuous dialogue with colleagues across the entire production to secure the quality level while improving our working methods and efforts to avoid errors. When encountering challenges, you make sure to involve the right resources to enable fast, efficient problem-solving in compliance with the standards. Qualifications You have an interest in production hygiene and environmental monitoring within purification from the pharmaceutical industry. As such, you are completely conversant working in a GMP-regulated environment subjected to stringent regulatory requirements. Your background is a MSc in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biology or similarly. You have a proven ability to prioritise your tasks in a dynamic and sometimes unpredictable production environment. As a person you are filled with energy and you work well in close collaboration with colleagues. You radiate dedication to your work, both when it comes to handling routine tasks and to finding a solution to a problem you see for the first time.
