We are looking for a structured and energetic colleague to drive and support our global development related to sustainability involving compliance, business ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR). You will lead our global Corp. Responsibility framework which is a key element of our global Compliance & Sustainability Program and part of our Code of Conduct.

You become an essential member of our dynamic team, reporting to Director of Corp. Compliance & Sustainability, developing and optimizing global business processes related to sustainability, global eLearning, our Sustainable Development Goals and other related topics. We operate globally with production facilities and offices across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. The primary mission of the Compliance & Sustainability team is to ensure global compliance – legally, ethically and responsibly undertaking business activities. Corporate Compliance & Sustainability is part of the Corporate Legal unit, which also includes Legal and Intellectual Property (IP).

Your responsibilities

• Define and optimize business processes and procedures for Topsoe’s global operations related to sustainability
• Oversee and develop our Corp. Responsibility framework through management of own projects and coordinating progress reporting on projects in the Line of Business
• Drive the annual sustainability reporting process
• Coordinate responses to customers relating to their sustainability/CSR requirements.

You

• will be working in a smaller team, both individually and on projects with multiple stakeholders across the organization and the globe
• are structured and thorough in your way of working
• have an analytical mindset with a flexible approach to your tasks
• are a strong communicator and are comfortable leading and aligning with stakeholders
• have working experience from a regulated industry, e.g. mgmt. consulting or compliance
• apply a continuous improvement mindset to your work.

Qualifications
You have a relevant academic background and we expect you to have experience and interest in project and change management, ideally from an international organization.
You are fluent in English both verbally and written. You are able to navigate in a multi-stakeholder environment and communicate effortlessly at all levels of the organization.
Some travelling must be expected as well as relevant training on different professional topics.
