Mostly engineers, we conduct our business with some of the world’s most prestigious brands within the audio and computer industry, including Bang & Olufsen, Bowers & Wilkins, Audi and ASUS. We do so to elevate user experience and audio quality through solutions for consumer, professional, automotive and mobile audio applications. Here, you will get an integral position in a small, informal team where everyone pitches in to influence projects and daily schedules. Make a great solution better You join us to further develop our audio software package ICEsound, an audio processing solution that improves the audio quality of Windows and Android products, such as laptops, tablets and smartphones. Your main responsibilities will be to do software development and system integration, keeping up with changes in the Windows and Android ecosystems to enable our algorithms to run on a variety of different target hardware platforms. Doing so, you will be involved all the way from early integration to final testing on the customer’s products. Since the products are designed with the customers’ needs in mind, you will be working closely with them to ensure that their needs are fulfilled. Likewise, you will also be working directly with hardware vendors to ensure a smooth integration on their platforms. In a market that uses very rapid development and release cycles, you will be able to see your work being deployed to millions of devices within as little as months after completion. Skilled at programming and willing to learn more We are looking for someone with the right mind-set and a willingness to learn what it takes to achieve the best solutions; someone up to date on current best practices within software design, documentation and source code management. You may be a seasoned developer or recently graduated, as long as you carry a broad software development background. All the same, we need you to be skilled at programming and: • Experienced in Visual Studio C++/C# and the Windows and/or Android APIs • Experienced in designing and building scripts and tools for building and testing • Have some experience with real-time systems and performance optimisation methods Additionally, you should have good cooperation and communication skills and an ability to find elegant solutions to problems.
