The position

As Back Office Coordinator you will be the support person for all administrative sales activities of the Swedish and Finnish Key Account Managers and Sales Account Manager. You will work in a consultative and supportive manner with ABOs to manage their business needs - act as a business consultant. Furthermore, you will provide daily support for Contact Center (customer service per telephone).

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide daily and excellent customer service by the phone and via E-mail

- Collect and analyze customer data

- Carry out daily administrative tasks according to task allocation in your respective market

- Support and organize functions, trips, meetings, trainings, visits for ABOs and Amway employees

- Participate in events with customers

- Maintain ABO related information in Amway back-office systems

- Validate and customize local marketing and communication materials in collaboration with the marketing department

- Cooperate with Finance and ESSC (European Shared Services Center) with related task allocation

- Provide support on ad-hoc requests

To solve the tasks it is important that you have an active approach to obtain a thorough knowledge of the company's strategy and activities and keep yourself updated on the company's business opportunities, new systems, etc.

During the first couple of weeks, your training and onboarding will mainly be on the telephone.

Your profile

The right candidate holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration or an equivalent education. You have 3-5 years of experience in back office or in a service center function (B2B or B2C).

It is a requirement that you are fluent in Swedish, Finnish and English - written as well as oral.

The right candidate will have the following skills:

- Ability to resolve issues in pragmatic manner and good with numbers

- Structured and a strong administrator

- Basic competence in data analytics and ability to create overview

- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

As a person, you have a self-starting personality and a professional attitude and approach. Moreover, you have a service oriented and outgoing attitude. You structure your workday to meet all deadlines, have an analytic mindset and find it natural to focus on delivering a high level of service to the team.

Working hours and wages

You are offered a permanent position. It is a full-time position (37 hour a week) and your working hours are Monday-Friday between 8 am - 4 pm.

We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible and will be screening applicants continuously.

The company is located in Høje Taastrup, just 20 min. outside central Copenhagen.

Salary based on qualifications.
