At Schneider Electric in Odense, Denmark, you join our support team of 4 covering the Scandinavian countries. You act as a single point of contact for our Swedish customers and provide support to all accounts in the region. As part of the Schneider Life Is On mission, you help our customers get the most out of our solutions, and we look forward to welcoming you and getting to know you.

Support Sweden

With your technical insight, you are able to establish good relations with the customers and enjoy helping people with their challenges. You provide support on one-phase UPS systems using phone or email as your main tools. You will primarily be assigned to our customers in Sweden but will occasionally serve as a back-up for the other Scandinavian countries as well.

Expand your technical skills

Before you start, we make sure that you know all about our products and processes. As such, you will get a thorough introduction to Schneider, our solutions and vision as well as the opportunity to participate in testing products to help build an understanding of the scenarios that our customers might encounter.

Fluent in Swedish and technical flair

You speak and write Swedish fluently

You have some technical understanding and look forward to learning more

Experience with support and service task would be an advantage

You speak and write English at a high level
