The department is responsible for delivering engineering solutions to all brands of turbines, enabling the service business of Vestas to fulfill our ambitious and strategical targets. The service solutions vary from part and repairs over maintenance concepts to product maintenance like component extensions, optimisation of performance and cost-out initiatives. The department holds the full design responsibility for service and aftersales solutions on turbines out of manufacturing. We are responsible for delivering innovative solutions to ensure highest possible value to Vestas costumers in the service business.

Responsibilities
As System Lead Plant Infrastructure your focus will be within Network and Cyber Security in the Power Plants. You will be responsible for the global rollout and support regional implementation of securing Power Plants concepts and local options, based on Vestas standards and customer specific requirements. You will also ensure knowledge transfer as well as all kind of solutions around our Cyber Security products.

Furthermore, your responsibilities will be to:

• Have the ownership of Service specific solutions and drive the Service product roadmap for the Plant Infrastructure and Cyber Security
• Drive technical support for Plant Infrastructure and Cyber Security and process solutions to be ready for entering the after sales market
• Perform technical market deep-dives within the Plant Infrastructure and Cyber Security to identify ways of optimising Vestas' product offering - reflecting market, competitor and customer dynamics
• Initiate feasibility studies of different Product Roadmap opportunities and contribute to studies in terms of technical evaluation and ability to match market requirements

Qualifications
You will get success in this position if you can recognise yourself in these points:

• Bachelor or Master engineering degree in Network, Cyber Security or Software Engineering
• Practical experience within Cyber security in Operational Technology (OT) or from the energy sector
• Insight into Cyber security frameworks such as NERC-CIP, CSC-20, NIST, AESCSF, IEC62443 or similar
• Are structured and used to architect Plant Infrastructure
• Acknowledge the need of well documented solutions
• Love to work across systems

However, these qualifications will make it much easier for you:

• Good communication skills in English both written and verbal, as you will be working both with internal and external partners in a multicultural environment
• Experience with taking design responsibility and secure the right level of engineering to support the decisions
• Experience with being customer oriented and understand the business value chain seen from a service and customer perspective
