- IT - Denmark - Bagsværd Do you want to play a key role in developing and improving the IT system management processes in Novo Nordisk? About the department In R&D Solutions, you will be part of a highly engaged department responsible for managing the IT systems for Research & Development, supporting systems which are core to the clinical processes in Novo Nordisk. You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of EDC (Electronic Data Capture) a GxP critical IT system, including responsibility for managing corrections and releases as well as the support process. You will be working with a team of your colleagues and you will have ample opportunity for professional sparring and best practice exchanges in your daily work. Furthermore R&D Solutions are involved in projects with R&D line of business, working closely to ensure that business processes are supported by the IT system. R&D Solutions is a part of R&D IT in Novo Nordisk A/S Corporate IT. The job The job entails a broad range of system management activities such as but not limited to; responsibility for the delivery of system and support services and ensuring that they meet business requirements, responsibility for ensuring that the computer system is in compliance with internal and external requirements, managing the incident and problem management process incl. fulfilment of key performance indicators, communication with customers, system owner, key stakeholders and service providers globally, ensuring external vendors are fulfilling contract responsibilities, management reporting on a regular basis and make recommendations for improvements in methods approach and identify better practice and preparing/updating IT System strategy. Qualifications The ideal candidate holds a master degree and has a proven track record with 3 – 5 years’ experience in systems management and/or international project management from the pharmaceutical (or other relevant) industry. Your structured way of working and general overview enables you to handle several tasks at a time and still keep an ongoing drive for results. Being open minded and positive you are a natural relation builder to people across all organisational levels, geography and cultural differences. To succeed it is also crucial that you thrive on working independently as well as part of a team. Finally, you have very good English skills, written as spoken.
