In the course of providing our biggest key OEM customers with the best technical support, we have an opening for experienced Engineers for our European System & Application Engineering organisation (SAE-EU-OEM). This position plays a vital part in our European Sales and Marketing organisation. Key Responsibilities: •Through direct customer contact apply and validate application solutions based on Danfoss Power Solutions mobile hydraulic and electronic control products across the whole range •Support in pre-selling, carrying out customer presentations and training •Offering systems support ranging from: •technical specifications based on customer requirements •system design and sizing •proposing application software solutions •on-site support and system troubleshooting •Carrying out day to day enquiries and tasks relating to fulfilling customer technical requests •Communicate the voice of our customers by sharing current and future technical mobile market needs with the SAE-EU team members and other stakeholders Qualifications: •Successfully completed degree, preferably as qualified Electrical Engineer, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineer; a minimum level equivalent to BSc, or with a proven relevant engineering background within hydraulics and/or electronics will be considered •Knowledge and experience of application engineering and ideally mobile off-road applications •Proven track record of Project Management skills •Knowledge of Software control solutions, communication technology and hydraulic measurement and analysis •Professional English language skills, both oral and written are mandatory; any other European language is an advantage •Team player mentality and willingness to travel What we offer: •An interesting and challenging job in a high performance team with potential for further growth •A global environment where you continuously will be able to develop your skills and competencies Application deadline: 31 October 2014
