About the job
You will be the overall responsible for the full-cycle recruitment and selection process for Sweden and Denmark and will manage a team with 10 highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partners located in both countries.
As our new Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be leading the resourcing strategy and, together with our Managers and the Talent Acquisition team, work towards our motto – Hire for Potential.
You will also own our Talent Acquisition processes including Employer Branding activities, setting KPI’s and proactively apply new ideas for innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to attract and select top talent.
The role is placed at our office in Söborg, Denmark. You will report to the Head of HR Service Centers for Sweden and Denmark.
What you know
We expect you have 10+ years broad recruiting and leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, with at least 5+ years’ experience of managing teams in an international environment.
Experience from working in search/recruitment companies is a plus and another plus is that you have previously worked with Employer branding.
You have a proven track record of developing and implementing workforce plans, refine hiring forecasting capabilities, and establish and report on key recruiting metrics to measure team effectiveness and provide data-driven, actionable insights.
You demonstrate experience in facilitating change and leading process improvement.
Strong interpersonal savvy and self-awareness with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
