At our HQ in Ballerup, you will be part of our Center of Excellence team within Group HR as a member of our Talent and Leadership team. Always listening closely to hiring managers and colleagues and challenging the status quo, we secure top talent for areas across the GN Group. Drive recruitment for key positions across our HQ
The GN Group is growing, and talent acquisition expertise is becoming an increasingly sought-after resource across the business. Reporting to the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with hiring managers across GN Audio and GN Hearing to help recruit new colleagues and sharing best practice and insights as the link between the two organizations.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with the hiring manager
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the business in recruitment-related matters
• Ensuring data quality and securing aligned processes – we have recently implemented Workday
• Helping align the recruitment strategy and processes to meet the ongoing and future talent demands
• Developing and executing sourcing strategies to map candidates and build strong talent pipelines

Solid experience with recruitment or proactive sourcing
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a fiercely results-oriented and commercially-minded team player with a strong focus on the requirements of the hiring managers. As you will work with stakeholders across functions and cultures, an international mindset and excellent listening and communication skills are paramount. Finally, the high demand for your expertise requires you to be an apt planner with a well-versed ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities. 

You are ready to pitch in from day 1 because:
• You have solid experience within recruitment or proactive sourcing, preferably from a search agency or recruitment function
• You have experience in using psychometrics tests and selection tools for candidate assessment
• You have a master’s degree in HR, communication or similar
• You speak and write English fluently
