About the department You will join the Talent & Succession Management team that is responsible for ensuring effective talent management and succession planning in Novo Nordisk. The team act as center of excellence and drives global processes, projects and IT systems to support line of business. This includes developing global guidelines, running talent programmes and ensuring an effective IT infrastructure. The position We offer an exciting position as Talent Development Specialist where you will play a key role in relation to building and developing a newly established center of excellence. You will be responsible for designing and developing global processes and methodologies related to talent and succession management in Novo Nordisk. You will independently run one of the key talent programmes in Novo Nordisk and play a key role as a consultant for the organisation on how to develop and execute talent programmes for managers and specialists as well as ensure alignment across the organisation. The tasks will vary according to your competencies and what you can bring to the department. Qualifications You have 10-20 years’ experience within talent development, preferably from large international companies. You have a solid track record and have demonstrated strong results during your career. You have a strong academic and practical foundation within talent and succession management as well as experience with developing and executing talent programmes. You are visionary and proactive and ready to contribute to the overall development on the talent and succession management area in Novo Nordisk. You work in a structured way and are able to maintain good relations with stakeholders despite challenging conditions. You thrive in a global environment and you speak and write English fluently.
