Do you want to get a foot in the door of a large international company and gain a wide global network? We need you to be what we call our “office landlord” – the person who always knows what is going on in the office, makes sure everything runs smoothly and keeps everyone updated. We hope you can see yourself playing a key role in making our office a great place to work. We are the Global Water Utility department (GWU), consisting of approximately 25 colleagues, dealing with complex sales, mainly project sales and Global Account Management. We have stakeholders worldwide and operate closely with our local sales companies. You will refer to Group Vice President, Henrik Sonesson. “The department is a spider web of colleagues located all over the world and consists of 13 different nationalities. 15 colleagues are located in Brøndby. We are a mix of sales people andspecialists, which totals an interesting and dynamic mix of personalities where sparring and helping each other is central in our work day,” Henrik says. What is the job about? As Team Assistant, you take on a maternity cover lasting until December 2016, and your job primarily consists of supporting the GWU team in Brøndby with administration of practicalities in the office. Moreover, you are responsible for budgeting and forecasting of cost and invoice approval, travel and meeting arrangements. Furthermore, you help the team in various sales related matters. Another, smaller part of your job is to support the management team and the Group Senior VP. You handle monthly reporting as well as calendars, travel, budgeting, forecasting and invoice approval. As there are many internal stakeholders, your job has great variety in terms of tasks and complexity. “We are a sales department and work on projects, so some projects will suddenly go full speed requiring our time and attention. Your challenge in this position is to be flexible as tasks can be unpredictable and need to be dealt with here and now. So it is important that you can prioritise and know when toact,” Henrik explains. What do you need to apply? Maybe you have a higher education, but most importantly, you have experience from a similar position. Moreover, you have excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and you speak and write English fluently. “On a personal level, you are energetic as well as flexible, and with your kind of drive, you think last minute changes and tasks are exciting. You enjoy a varied work day and show initiative. We value a business-oriented mind set and a strong customer focus, and you know how to talk to people from all over the world,” Henrik finishes.
