Vattenfall is one of Europe’s largest electricity generators and producers of heat and operates in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. Our strategy is to reduce emissions from power generation with a road map to achieving climate neutrality by 2050. We are looking for a Team Assistant to be part of the SCADA & Data Analyses Team. The SCADA department is responsible for specification, design, and implementation of wind farm automation systems and integration into the overall Vattenfall Wind Power Data Center, as well as project management of all automation deliverables in new projects. The team is going through a rapid development with many exciting projects in the coming years, which means new challenges for the department. Your responsibilities as a Team Assistant: We need a self-motivated, mature, loyal and service-minded assistant who can ensure a highly skilled task performance, which is able to work across an international organization and contribute to a comprehensive solution of the tasks in cooperation with your colleagues. Furthermore you will be responsible for: •SAP Purchasing and Invoice handling •SAP project set-up/internal contracting •Onboarding of new employees •Support in Resource Management and Request Handling •Running internal projects and organization of department events •General administrative assistant tasks •Supporting the manager and 4 Teamleads and substituting for other Team Assistants Your qualifications as a Team Assistant: You are a trained assistant with excellent communication skills and an outgoing and flexible mindset. •Relevant work experience as management / office assistant •Experience in working with different IT systems (e.g. SAP FI, MS Excel) •Good English and Danish language skills, spoken and in writing. •First experiences in Project Management •Good commercial understanding As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you feel comfortable in a multi-cultural working environment moreover, you have strong communication skills and are able to communicate well and find it natural to present different topics in front of representatives from various professional groups, external business partners and colleagues.
