As Team Coordinator, you primarily support the GWU team in Brøndby with administration of practicalities in the office. Thus, you are responsible for budgeting and forecasting of cost and invoice approval, travel and meeting arrangements as well as administration of the intranet and newsletters. Another important focus area of your job is support of the management team and the Group Senior VP. You handle monthly reporting as well as calendars, travel, budgeting, forecasting and invoice approval. As there are many internal stakeholders, your job has great variety in terms of tasks and complexity. Your job may take you traveling 10-20 days a year. “Your challenge in this position is to do the routine tasks while still developing and optimising the way we work. You have a cand.merc. or 5+ years of experience from a similar position. You have excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and you speak and write English fluently.
