For our Offshore Business in Vejle, we are looking for a dedicated Team Lead for Business Controlling.The Offshore Business Controlling team provides stakeholders with reliable financial data in a timely manner to support decisions. What are my responsibilities? Our major responsibility is planning, reporting and controlling of the financial key figures for Wind Power Offshore and your specific responsibilities include: • Leading the local team for Offshore Business Controlling in Denmark • Functional Management and Steering of ROW Business Controlling Activities including all financial controlling activities for region (New Orders, Turnover, Headcount, Cost Center, Productivity, CAPEX, Budget) • Support and prepare the global Headcount and CCTR & SG&A consolidation, follow-up on actual costs and productivity • Preparation of consolidated project actuals and forecast for region including deviation analysis • Monitor Cash-in/Customer payments and overall Free Cash Flow for Region • Provide budget related support to the various global and regional Offshore departments • Preparation of monthly financial management reporting • Preparation of Business Target and service level agreements with other regional Siemens entities What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a University degree in the area of Business Administration, Economics or Finance / Accounting or similar combined with at least 8-10 years of professional experience, preferably from a large international company • You have gained first leadership experience in a global environment • Profound commercial knowledge, especially in the area of financial execution of international projects (POC) • You are an experienced user of IT tools (esp. SAP, BW and Excel as well as Power Point) • As a person, you are result-oriented, structured and a dedicated team player with strong analytical skills and you thrive in a busy and international environment handling many simultaneous tasks. Furthermore, your work efficiently under time pressure • You possess excellent communication and English skills, both orally and in writing, additional language skills (German, Danish) would be an advantage • Intercultural experience will be appreciated In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
