For our Management Team in Manufacturing Processes within the Global functions we are looking for a new Team Lead for daily management of our team in ECM and Implementation Standards. Our team develop, implement and maintain the standards for ECM handling in our Nacelle plants, support and participate in development and maintenance activities of SAP transmissions as well used in our Nacelle plants. Furthermore, we cover the governance of test assembly processes used in prototyping, 0-series and serial production environment. We are looking for a people and business oriented Team Lead who can develop the team and the team members. What are my responsibilities? · Team lead tasks for 5 international employee (coaching, recruiting etc.) · Overall management and prioritization of tasks within the team · Support development and implementation of the business processes related to the above mentioned areas · Support in development of the future strategy within the area of responsibility · Development of the team and the individual employee What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or the equivalent · Preferably, have several years of experience within engineering, manufacturing or similar combined with people management within a global environment · You are a strong team player with a result-oriented mindset and are capable of managing and motivating the members of your team · You have strong process skills and understanding · You are functioning and developing well in a dynamic environment within a large company · As a person you are reliable and profound, which is shown in the high quality of your work Your profile also shows a proactive and action oriented mindset that gets things done · You have great communication skills as well as English skills, both orally and in writing · You are capable of cooperating with various levels of the organization and across different cultures In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
