For our D6 Product Management department, we are looking for a Team Lead with expertise in Electrical product Management, to secure future profitable development of the Offshore product Platforms. As Team Lead, you will have a huge impact on the development of the future Offshore Product portfolio, working with motivated colleagues to deliver results through a focused product development. What are my responsibilities? • Technically responsible for own area to secure the optimal electrical wind turbine solutions e.g. power systems, control features and electrical plant infrastructure • Key role in scoping turbine upgrades and improvements • Advisory engineer role - provide internal and external technical support for wind turbine development and offshore projects • Support scoping and execution of measures to reach target product cost and product availability • Team lead - Provide sparring and guidance for a small electrical team What do I need to qualify for this job? You hold a B.Sc. in electrical engineering or similar relevant education within the power electrics area, combined with at least 5 years' practical experience within product development and engineering processes, preferably from the Wind turbine business. Furthermore, you understand the full product value chain from a technical point of view. As a person, you have an analytical and structured mindset as well as a result and quality oriented approach to your work. Furthermore, you are a dedicated team player with strong problem solving and leadership skills. You possess excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
