About the position
For our Fleet Analysis team, within the Diagnostic department, we are looking for a Team Lead. Diagnostic is part of Service Technology within the Global Service Organization.
Fleet Analysis is a Global team of highly skilled Fleet Analysts represented in all regions and divided between our different turbine platforms.
The Fleet Analysis team supports technical improvement initiatives, technical case management and maintenance excellence efforts by delivering macro analysis of trend development in alarm codes, on-site investigations, reports on alarm code trends and other kinds of analysis of data.

What are my responsibilities?
- Lead an international highly skilled technical team of Wind Turbine experts.
- Providing technical and personal guidance - coordinate workload within your team
- Responsible for creation, development, communication and implementation of function / department strategy to achieve the targets agreed with management.
- Team development and ensuring the right competencies and skills are available, shared and strengthened.
- Provide monthly status reporting to management
- Promote business development and continuous improvement in processes and procedures
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You have an educational background as a mechanical, civil, marine or electrical engineer (M.Sc.) or relevant experience and have project management and people management skills.
- You are proactive, work well within team of like-minded engineers and capable of presenting technical ideas and concepts to a wider audience
- You possess strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels and manage to keep calm in turbulent situations
- You possess excellent English skills - written as well as verbally
- You thrive in an international organization
- You have a proactive approach to knowledge sharing
- Experience with data analysis
