Job ID: 144160 Location: Brande Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power Mode of employment: Full time For our Manufacturing Engineering department in Service Technology we are searching for a human-oriented Team Lead who wants to take Service Documentation to the next level. The Service Documentation team is responsible for ensuring the documentation for servicing Siemens wind turbines in the field and currently consists of 7 Technical Writers. What are my responsibilities? Overall responsible for managing the Technical Writers, i.e.: · Resource planning. · Further development of individuals in the team and the overall structure of the team. · Further develop processes and continue LEAN initiatives in the team. This involves creation and reporting of status and KPIs to management. · Accountable for aligning the processes, standards and structures across the organization and in the Service Regions. Included herein is the coordination of tasks for locally employed Technical Writers in the Service Regions. · Actively participate in the further development of Manufacturing Engineering. · Administrative work related to the team lead role. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a technical education at bachelor level and 3+ years of personnel management experience from a large, dynamic, international organization. · You possess a strong personal drive that makes you proactive and persistent in dealing with the daily challenges. You have a structured approach and good understanding of IT systems in general and Content Management Systems in particular. Preferably you have experience with LEAN and Value Stream Mapping. · You are empathic with great interpersonal competencies and a profound cross-cultural understanding. Furthermore, you are fluent in English and Danish – orally and in writing. If you have acquired your skills in alternative ways, your application is just as well appreciated.
