For our Offshore Project Site Execution department, we are looking for a Team Lead to manage a small team in UK, Germany and Denmark. You will be responsible for the overall management of third party suppliers of staff across the countries. The position is newly established and you will therefore have influence on the content of the position. What are my responsibilities? As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for securing enough third party staff to support our project and for managing all aspects of the cooperation agreements with the third party suppliers. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover: • Develop joint procedures across countries • Develop a joint framework for the cooperation agreements • Develop a joint procurement strategy • Define a cooperation and information strategy towards the suppliers • Forecast the demand for third party staff • Regular evaluation, ranking and auditing of the suppliers • Evaluate different tender models • Overall responsible for negotiating and managing the cooperation agreement • Work closely together with the procurement departments in the countries What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a relevant commercial background with a technical flair, or the other way around. You should be experienced in contract negotiation and in all aspects of contract management. As a person, you are structured but at the same time you thrive in a dynamic environment. You possess intercultural understanding and have advance English skills, both orally and in writing. Furthermore, you should have good communication skills, be persistent and solution oriented. Preferably, you have some years of management experience and experience from a similar position within an international organization. You will be based in Vejle but should be willing to travel on a regular basis. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
