As part of the reorganization currently taking place in Service Wind Power, we are looking for a Team Lead for our Training Development department in Brande. The training development department is overall responsible for developing training materials used at our training centres worldwide. As a team lead for the training developers your overall responsibility will be to manage and further develop the team while still ensuring that the work is done in compliance with our internal guidelines. What are my responsibilities? As a Team Lead your main responsibility will be the tasks relating to the leadership of approximately 10 training developers. I.e. your responsibilities will be: Overall responsible for the development of the training materials according to the business’ needs Daily management and development of the teams qualifications and competences Ensure that the training developments take place in accordance with the internal guidelines (e.g. that all material is documented appropriately) Ensure the use of various training methodologies and tools in the future development of training materials Implement global development strategy as well as drive optimization initiatives in relation to cost and delivery Cooperate globally with training centers and cross functionally with all relevant stakeholders You must expect 25-30 travel days per year. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a technical development background with at least 3 years of experience with research and development in an industrial context. In addition to this you can demonstrate 3-5 years of management experience You are a generalist who excels in managing highly specialized people You are self-driven, proactive and persistent in achieving your goals You are an excellent communicator who excels in establishing relations with various stakeholders You are an active listener and fluent in English - orally as well as in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
