Supply Chain & Repair > NCE Supply Chain Operations > NCE Supply Chain Coordination
Order Handling & Operations consist of a dedicated team working towards servicing our Service business in NCE from order is placed till delivering the parts on time. Our focus is on keeping a LEAN and effective operational warehouse/service center to support the overall Service growth and cost reduction.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities in this role will be to:

  • Set up the structure for the warehouses in DK and to set the right team
  • Ensure a safe warehouse for all employees.
  • Receiving inbound shipments from our Central warehouse in Germany
  • Receiving return shipments from service vans.
  • Performing Pick, Pack and Ship
  • Ensure that the warehouse is lean effective and productive.
  • Delivery performance.
  • Ensure best methods are followed.
  • Participate in improvement projects.
  • Daily management of stock keepers, perform 1:1, CPD etc.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • 2-3 years' experience with warehousing and/or 2-3 years of leadership experience
  • English speaking and writing
  • Fork lift certificate

Competencies

  • Experience in working with SAP
  • Flexible approach(on call weekend requirements)
  • Analytical skills
  • Good communications skills
  • Good team player
  • Strong leadership skills
