CMGS Testing Services is a new team established to support CM Global systems to perform Best in Class testing. We are are looking to strengthen our group with a Team Leader. In this position you will have a key role in building and leading a team of experts taking responsibility of Nordea CM Global systems quality solutions and goals. The position we offer You will be responsible to ensure E2E testing is performed and also to ensure that an Automated test framework/tool is developed and maintained. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing strategies and turn them into action plans, and proactively ensure quality expectations and competences match the demand. You will take responsibility to orchestrate work and to set quality standards for CM Global systems, including measuring expected service levels and ensuring end-to-end responsibility. You will also be responsible for the test of IT solutions: initially identifying and subsequently defining the required tests, monitoring the test coverage and evaluating the overall quality experienced when testing the targeted test items. You will be responsible for managing the core activities of the test effort which involves planning and resource allocation of the test team and for internal and external communication. You will identify the most appropriate implementation approach for a given test based on the Nordea test standards and methods to contribute to business goals. You will plan and coordinate test activities for the change initiative, covering test of both functional and the non-functional requirements in accordance with Nordea standards, to ensure the delivery of a functional sufficient and robust solution. You will define, set up, manage and execute E2E tests. You will log test result and report test execution in order to create and secure high quality IT solutions. You will plan, manage and coordinate static and dynamic E2E test based on analyses of the requirements with sufficient quality and coverage to secure the delivery is safe to move into production. You will have regular contact and cooperation with other organizations that delivers into CM Global Systems. You will have direct reports in your team and report to Head of CM Global Systems. The qualifications you need To succeed in this position you have both the theoretical knowledge and practical experience from build-up of a professional IT quality team. You are an inspiring leader, who acts as a sparring partner for your team members, colleagues and business partners on technologies, strategy, tactics and daily operation in a cross-border set up. You have been working with commercial off the shelf products and have experience from 3rd party vendors. Agile techniques and methods are your normal way of working. Experience from working with tools such as QC, Selenium, SoapUi, Jira and Zephyr or TestRail is a merit. You are structured and yet creative and can translate strategies and technology knowledge into action plans, in order to build necessary competences and processes. You have IT architectural capabilities, where experience from system integration and various technology platforms and environments are beneficial. You are strong in application management life cycle (new development and maintenance). You have excellent communications skills and are able to articulate complex messages to stakeholders with various degrees of technology knowledge.
