For our IT PLM department in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for a candidate that can assist in coordination and resolution of the daily operational topics we have in the IT department operating the PLM system at Siemens Wind Power. In this role the candidate is expected to collaborate with all technical levels within the IT Organization; from the data center- / Network colleagues to the Teamcenter Solution Architects. What are my responsibilities? Problem Management for Teamcenter Incident management Evaluate, plan and ensure service continuity and service improvement Ensure alignment internally in IT and Business stakeholders related to Teamcenter service improvement and continuity What do I need to qualify for this job? The candidate has to be able to communicate on all levels of the organization and stakeholders within IT and Business. It is imperative that a good and founded understanding of the ITL foundation framework is present and can be documented Any experience in working with Teamcenter system operations is a clear advantage; experience could also be obtained via operating other complex IT systems in large corporations An understanding of general IT technologies is required for the candidate, as there will be interactions with all departments in IT. Personal drive and motivation is an important characteristic which is needed in this function and we expect that the candidate is very organized and capable of manage timelines. Furthermore you are outgoing and able to keep both feet on the ground in the daily operation Finally, you are an excellent and persuasive communicator and fluent in both spoken and written English.
