Do you have what it takes to improve and develop the digital support function in LEGO Education? And would you enjoy doing hands on 2. and 3. line support for digital solutions used in class rooms? Then join our Digital Experiences Team as our new Tech Support. Digital experience support, supplier relationships and stakeholder management As a part of the Digital Experiences Team, you will act as a link between our digital solutions and the LEGO Education customer and consumer services. The overall target for this position is to build better customer pulse by securing a higher end-to-end customer experience service in LEGO Education in regards to digital & software issues. Key activities will be to: Track technical incidents, build and consolidate a bug database across portfolios and provide feedback to the organization to secure top class digital experiences Filter and follow up on 2. and 3. line support from consumer and customer services on issues regarding digital solution and solution components Build relationship with sales as well as consumer and customer services, and prepare them for technical queries Build and manage relationships between the Solution Experiences & Development team and the Solution Marketing team Manage relationship with internal and external suppliers of technical QA. Proactive and relationship-oriented supporter with strong technical/digital skills The right candidate for us is characterised by thriving on change and having to keep several balls in the air. In order to succeed, it is also vital that you have strong communication skills and are proactive in building and maintaining god relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders. It is furthermore essential that you: Have good understanding of digital deliveries, experiences and capabilities Have business acumen and 2-3 years of experience in building and delivering digital support and service - preferable within an international context Have an educational background as IT Supporter or similar Speak and write English proficiently.
