We Offer We are looking for a SAP Planner for one of our Deepwater rigs. Your main responsibility will be using SAP P3M to perform administrative tasks onboard the rig. Key Responsibilities As a Technical Planner/SAP Planner you will be working in the office on the rig in collaboration with rig management. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supporting for all departments with respect to the Maintenance Management System SAP P3M as well as preparing relevant reports and documents in this regard. On a daily basis you will liaise with the Logistics Coordinator and Technical Section Leader and use the P3M System in order to: • Keep track of spare parts inventory and other equipment requirements • Process notifications • Release/complete work orders • Record malfunctions/abnormal conditions •´Update tag numbers • Running hours and oil inventory • Update and revise drawings of manuals and rig specific maintenance procedures in compliance with regulations • Maintain the rig filing system Further to this, you will be responsible for keeping the Rig Management up-to-date on all the above activities. Who we are looking for As a person you are pro-active and would like to provide a high level of support to the business. You have well-developed analytical skills and like taking initiative in order to ensure constant improvement of our rigs, technical equipment and procedures. You have minimum 2-3 years of experience offshore, including experience as from similar position e.g. as Logistic/Technical Coordinator/Administrator or similar. You have detailed knowledge of the P3M maintenance system. You are proficient in English and are computer-literate and a clear communicator. Maersk Drilling is a core business unit within the A. P.
