Do you have a technical background preferably as tool maker/constructor and are you used to deliver in a project-oriented environment? Would you like to use your technical knowledge to deliver sparring and bridge product development and production? Lead mould design projects and implement moulds in manufacturing You will step into Mould Design & Manufacturing, which is a part of Engineering in Billund. Here, you are responsible for developing new moulds for bricks within our play themes, e.g. LEGO® Ninjago or LEGO® City. Along with your team, your aim is to deliver the injection moulds on time and implement them in production. You will manage 3-4 projects at a time and: Lead, motivate and inspire your project team of 5-6 dedicated specialists Challenge technical solutions on a daily basis using your technical background Drive projects forward in terms of technical innovation by acting as a sparring partner to designers, part designers, R&D and your team Be in close contact with your internal clients to ensure that you constantly are ahead of planning, finance and risk, capacity management as well as matching expectations with stakeholders Clutch power As part of the LEGO Group, you will join a global family-owned business where quality, teamwork and personal development are cornerstones.
