Then join our department Production Engineering where we are responsible for producing tools for composite moulding. More specifically, you will join the team Mould Tooling consisting of two Technical Project Managers and two Designers. The Project Managers are in charge of running tool projects making sure construction, production and implementation of the tools is running smoothly. You refer to Department Head, Robert Markvart. ”Our team enjoys a great deal of collaboration and sparring among Project Managers and Designers. We also have a follow-up once a week where we challenge each other on each project we are working on. And we try to always help each other and being relentlessly ambitious, we maintain a focus on how we can improve our competencies, tasks and processes,” Robert explains. What is the job about? As our new Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for driving and carrying out technical deliveries with a focus on time, cost and quality. Thus, you are in charge of making sure the challenges, which caused the initiation of the project, are dealt with and solved. This entails looking at specification, risk assessment, finances, stakeholder management and analysis as well as working with our model for New Equipment Introduction. An important part of your job is stakeholder management as well as getting customers, management and other parties involved. In collaboration with these stakeholders, you assess and select concept, technology, construction, components and materials. Along the way, you constantly make suggestions for process improvements and inform your stakeholders of changes to the project. You also negotiate with customers and suppliers to secure the progression of the project. “You have to be able to get your stakeholders involved both internally in Product Engineering but also in our different production sites. Especially our customers need to feel well-equipped to approve of our tools and implement them in their daily production,” Robert says. What do you need to apply? You are a Mechanical Engineer or similar and have some years of experience working as a Technical Project Manager. It is an advantage if you have experience with moulding of composites or plastics material. You speak and write English fluently. Danish is an advantage but not a prerequisite. “On a personal level, you are outgoing, a great networker and care about keeping your stakeholders well-informed. And you are open to change as our projects change along the way and will require your attention and reaction,” Robert finishes.
