Maersk Container Industry (MCI) is looking for a Technical Project Manager for our Refrigeration R&D department to be responsible for postharvest technology project.

As Technical Project Manager, you will be part of a highly engaged team working with one of the most advanced products in the industry, the Star Cool (SC) Refrigeration machine.

Key responsibilities

As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for project planning, completing project execution from conception to launch the projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Project manager & system specialist for postharvest systems
• Leading postharvest technology projects and coordinating & managing stakeholders such as suppliers, consultants, customers & internal resources and preparing business case based on the inputs available from different functions.
• A visual driving force in strengthening MCI’s position in postharvest technologies and provide technical support.
• Technology scout for new features.
• Sparring partner for new technology and for the team.

We are looking for

- Process engineer (chemical Engineer) or Agronomist
- Experience with Data analysis and transfer the conclusion from data analysis into control algorithms
- Experience with modelling & understanding of biological processes
- Customer and business oriented.
- Good at communication and fluent in English
- Able to work in an international and fast-paced environment
- Willing to take complex tasks and tasks driven.
- Able to handle Multitasks
