Tasks & responsibilities: You will...

...manage the technical aspects of complex international projects of high value. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the right quality and safety standards. You will ensure an understanding of the technical scope and maintain a close dialogue with the Installation Manager, Commissioning Manager and Pre-assembly Project Manager to ensure alignment across the project. To succeed in this position, you should be able to transfer knowledge and experience into proposed solutions and risk assessments.

You will also be responsible for:

• The technical aspects of executing the project throughout the entire project life cycle
• Encourage the project team to take ownership of the project and their individual and collective tasks
• Act as technical interface between internal and external key stakeholders
• Proactively improve the project by avoiding, minimising or eliminating technical interface issues in advance
• Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies
• Coordinate technical deliverables before submitting to the customer and ensure the technical deliverables meet all customer and contractual requirements
• Report progress on technical issues to key stakeholders
• Communicate project expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion

Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

...has 3-5 years of experience within large-scale construction, turnkey projects and/or the marine, oil or power industry. Our team values an open, proactive and positive attitude. We expect that you have both excellent project management as well as interpersonal skills. Since you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced organisation, it is a must that you are flexible and can keep the overview even in, at times, hectic situations.
