Do you want to join our journey to develop break-through products based on orally available versions of insulin and Glucagon Like Peptide 1 (GLP-1)? Then go for this job. About the department We are responsible for development and manufacturing of oral protein products for late clinical trials in a GMP environment. The department also covers qualification of new equipment, process optimisation and preparation of filing documentation. We are the ones that will qualify and validate the new facility in order to be ready to start production. The position Being responsible for utility and process equipment will provide you with the opportunity to play a key role in these areas. Your responsibility is to ensure that equipment, utility, maintenance and production always lives up to the required GMP standards. Our facility will be finish in the summer 2016, so it will be important to ensure that new equipment and utility will be working optimal, and then improving it. You also have the responsibility to ensure that our equipment and utility fulfils the requirements for a GMP facility. Included in this is review and preparation of related documents, deviation handling and change requests. Across your tasks, you will have a close collaboration with different team members and other departments in our area, ensuring that our project time lines and deliverables are met. For you to be successful you will have to get involved in what it takes to start up a new pilot production facility. You will learn as you go along and you will be part of the break through development in the diabetic treatment area. Qualifications You have a higher technical or Master’s degree, perhaps experienced within the pharmaceutical industry, but most important you have excellent technical skills. You enjoy working in a fast changing environment, where teamwork is at the top of the agenda. Also, you are innovative, like to take ownership, focused on results and quality. We expect you to be ready for the changes that turn up and have a strong focus on solving the problem at hand. On a personal level, you are a self-starter who thrives with driving tasks independently to the finish line. We expect you to have good collaboration skills, your structured and reliable and have the ability to make the right decisions. Your communications skills and ability to explain technical issues so everybody understands.
