NNIT Security Projects is looking for a Senior Operations Specialist or Solution Architect with strong security and cryptography competencies. Your responsibilities In your role as a Senior Operations Specialist / Solution Architect, you will be collaborating in a professional environment with other very capable team members. The position requires attention to details to ensure the highest quality to our customer’s needs. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and securing a stable operation worldwide by using your technical skills and knowledge to develop the services for some of the largest companies domestically and internationally. The Senior Operations Specialist / Solution Architect role is the link between NNIT operations service offerings and the costumer. You thrive and achieve success by managing a large number of stakeholders combined with a wide as well as deep technical focus in the specified areas. You will be part of our Security Projects team The team consists of 8 security specialists ranging from operations consultants to solutions architects. We are always on top of the newest technologies and we continuously develop our services and take part in, among other things, product training and security conventions. Our goal is to deliver projects with the right quality, customer advisory and within deadline. Your Qualifications and Experience You have a relevant IT degree supplemented by relevant courses and certifications in the field of Core Windows Services and/or IT security. You have at least 7 years of experience with designing and implementing Windows related services and at least 3 years of experience within the following areas and fields: •Design and implement PKIs based on Microsoft ADCS •Active Directory – GPOs, permissions / delegation, security policies •Understand customer, business and security requirements within the fields of certificates, cryptography, and certificate policies and translate these into tangible and integrated PKIs for the customer •Conduct customer workshops, provide guidance, present solutions and assist in presale / bid processes in relation to PKI and cryptography •Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) / Key Lifecycle Management (KLM) principles and processes Competencies and knowledge within the below areas will be seen as a huge plus. At least a willingness to rapidly expand your competencies to cover these areas is crucial: •Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and federation services in general •Established standards and frameworks such as ISO2700x, NIST FIPS 140-2, NIST 800-53, etc. •“Good practices” within security and Microsoft technologies, Least-privilege, Segregation of Duties, Multi-factor authentication, etc. •Experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) from vendors such as Thales eSecurity and SafeNet Personal Mindset You are driven by curiosity for technology. You handle advanced technical and security related challenges with confidence – even when it expands somewhat beyond your normal comfort zone. You prefer to work structured and analytical, but with flexibility towards your stakeholders. Quality is a top priority for you at all times. You conduct yourself as open and honest.
