If you want to take ownership, this is your chance to make an impact on a global scale. You join the Group Service department and become part of the Technical Service Specialist team. The team consists of 4 colleagues, 3 in Bjerringbro, Denmark, and 1 in Dubai, responsible for the service plans across the entire Grundfos portfolio of pump products and solutions. We also develop and manage the global Grundfos service expert networks and deliver deep technical expert advice to the field service organizations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the service and phase-out plans for products within the Grundfos Clean Water portfolio of pump products and systems in close cooperation with the segment Product Managers. Moreover, you define the required spare parts and kits and initiate the supply chain in close cooperation with the Spare Parts Team. Part of your job is also to provide 2nd line technical support for Grundfos service engineers from across the global Grundfos organization as well as field service support for installation works, start-up, commissioning, optimisation and troubleshooting if specialist knowledge is required. As you develop your expertise, your role will entail the creation and management of a service expert network. Thus, you define a network structure with experts from across the global Grundfos service organization, develop training materials, coordinate network/training activities and ensure knowledge is shared in the network for best practice tobe implemented Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You hold a technical or engineering degree and have relevant experience from a similar position. Furthermore, you have a high technical understanding as well as experience working in projects within an international organization. It is an advantage if you have direct customer experience from a service and/or sales organization, and you possess knowledge of ERP systems (we work in SAP). You speak and write English fluently. You have well developed interpersonal and communication skills and a customer centric mind set.
