We are looking for a Technical Supporter to join our talented team in Odense. Working with MiR you will be part of our dynamic and ambitious company, having dedicated employees who are passionate about making a difference and creating success within the world of robotics.
Many opportunities to influence your job
Becoming our new Technical Supporter, you will refer to Sales Director, Finland and Eastern Europe and are offered an exciting and responsible position with great opportunities to create your own stamp on the position. You will daily be working with cutting edge technology and be part of our great Eastern European technical support team, which supports our distributors all over Finland and Eastern Europe.
Most important tasks:
- Daily level 1 support for trouble shooting both on hardware and software related issues
- 80 days of travel activity per year
- Documenting findings
- Conducting training activities
- Participate in East European exhibitions
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are self-motivated and know how to provide the highest level of support to our customers and service them on a professional level.
About you
Professional competencies
You have an engineering degree and it would be beneficial if you have work experience in robotics and/or industrial automation or similar. Our candidate should have knowledge of PLC control, programming, and understand "computer/networking" especially WIFI knowledge would be valuable. It is essential that you both speak and write English on a professional level. German or another regional language in addition is an advantage.

Your work is based on sense of responsibility and ownership. You solve your tasks with enthusiasm and you possess key skills such as organization.
