ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel looks for a professional technical trainer to conduct technical training. You will be the strong link between Technology and our Service Engineers – understanding our technical products and how they are developed as well as the processes performed, translating that into training material and effective classroom training. Key responsibilities You will report directly to the Director of Service in our aftermarket area and primarily be responsible for delivering effective classroom training to ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel technical employees throughout the year. You balance educational effectiveness with content expertise in order to create a classroom learning environment that simulates the work environment. In order to maintain this balance, you will; demonstrate effective instructor skills so that learners retain content and transfer skills to the job. Serve as subject matter expert in the resolution of complex creative and technical problems and issues. conduct effective customer training sessions conduct effective remote training using ASP remote technologies (e.g., Net Meeting, ATT connect, Video Conference). implement a proven instructional model in the classroom. act as train the trainer and transfer knowledge and trainer skills interface with the Technical Writing and Design function to ensure that the correct procedures are taught in the classroom. create an effective learning environment to maximize the learner experience and transfer of skills. effectively manage internal client relationships and work effectively across the business. develop the Training material to reach all levels of technicians, engineers as well as the operators of the equipment Qualifications Required skills/experience Bachelor’s Degree within engineering or Adult Learning Theory, Instructional Technology is required. 2-4 years’ experience in a training department in an instruction delivery function Analyzes problems and makes decisions – in teaching complex issues Technical interest and preferable product knowledge Instruction and Learning Theory and Application Serve as a role model for customer service and professionalism Exhibit excellent communication skills, presentation skills, feedback and coaching skills and influence in a complex and ever changing environment, specifically in the classroom Ability to build stakeholder and team member relationships Instructional design experiences a plus Strong attention to detail If you are not located in the Esbjerg area, it is possible to make a flexible agreement where you can work from home.
