Danfoss is looking for a Technical Training Coordinator to support the Technical Training organization globally in Power Solutions. In Danfoss Power Solutions, we provide driving power to our changing world. We are one of the largest companies in the mobile hydraulics industry, and we offer a complete range of energy-efficient and intelligent hydraulic, electronic and electric solutions for the construction, agriculture and other off-highway vehicle markets. As Technical Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for administrative, coordination and analytical tasks within a broad portfolio; planning and coordination of technical F2F trainings for European distributors, designing and production of the yearly global catalog for technical training, creation and updating of courses in Danfoss Learning System and acting as daily point of contact for all participants.
 
This position is a maternity cover with a 15 months duration, starting May, 2019.  
 
Background and skills
Your background is not important to be considered for this position, but you must have some experience in supporting and coordinating. Additionally, you need:

• High user skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• A service-minded attitude and an open personality, that makes you function well in teamwork as well as independently.
• An action-oriented approach with focus on organizing, prioritizing and planning.
