Our fast-growing collaborative robotics company works on software and hardware that can be used to benefit all aspects of task-based businesses – no matter their size. We employ a suite of developers, engineers, designers, and technical communicators. Now, we are seeking a professional Technical Writer to join this expanding organization.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating technical documents and manuals that explain complex information in a clear and concise manner and work with an array of technical experts to ensure accuracy of product abstractJV_descriptions. If you have previous experience as a technical writer, or have worked in technological communications or instructional design, we encourage you to apply.

Required Qualifications:

  • Able to collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and product owners to describe and prepare instructions for new features
  • Able to convert complex knowledge into easily digestible content for manuals, storyboards, and other supportive documents that can inform users how to apply these features and how they can benefit from them
  • Previous experience in technological companies, writing, and maintaining documentation
  • You have some technical background, with experience using CMS and HTML and you are generally interested in IT, new technologies, and how things work
  • You are curious, a team-player, and a problem-solver
  • You will work as part of Technical Documentation Development team, but also get deeply involved with user experience and software/hardware development teams
  • Relocation to Denmark is a requirement of this position, and we will of course help you in the process.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Our main working language is English. Being a Native-English speaker is a bonus.
  • Experience in customer support
  • Coding or scripting experience
  • Writing on-line manuals or e-Learning
  • Experience working with MadCap Flare and/or other technical writing software
  • Maintaining processes and workflows for Technical Writing (e.g., style guides)
  • Writing newsletters and creating HTML messages to be dispatched via email
  • Creating HTML pages for a website
