Description We are looking for an experienced technical writer to join our product development team at Sitecore, one of the world’s leaders in web content management and digital marketing software. Our ever-expanding customer base and developer community increasingly require technical documentation of the highest quality. About the Job As a technical writer at Sitecore, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating our documentation. You must have the flexibility that is required to communicate, coordinate, and work with development teams that are spread across different geographical locations. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and QAs around the world to produce high-quality technical documentation that meets international standards. You will join a dynamic and spirited team of technical writers who support and supplement each other as they strive to improve the breadth and quality of our documentation. Your Responsibilities: •Documenting the new features and innovations that we are constantly adding to our products. •Primarily describing and explaining our digital marketing and analytics products to end-users. •Maintaining and updating our existing documentation. •Using stakeholder feedback to improve our range of documentation. Your Qualifications: •You are passionate about technology and about creating high quality documentation that meets the needs of our customers and partners. •You have several years’ experience in writing technical documentation. •You can quickly grasp new technologies and communicate their inherent complexities in a simple, straightforward fashion. •You are curious and inquisitive and have a structured and independent approach to completing your assignments. •You have strong problem solving and analytical skills. •Your communication skills and attention to detail allow you to assume responsibility for your documentation projects from start to finish. •You are constantly exploring new ways to improve the range and accessibility of our deliverables. •You are a native English speaker or have comparable skills.
