Join us and become Technical Writer/Project Assistant in Power Hub Technology which is responsible for developing the technology platform for Customer & Markets’ emerging flexibility business aiming at creating value from energy flexibility for our B2B customers. We develop concepts and solutions across the entire supply chain, and we support our colleagues in the United Kingdom, Germany and Denmark in customer engagement, flexibility assessment, asset integration and operations monitoring. The department is part of Customers & Markets which has 1,600 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. We handle the production from our wind farms and oil and gas fields to the energy exchanges and customers in Northern Europe, and we distribute electricity and natural gas to businesses and private customers in Denmark. You will be based at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia in Jutland. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility You will be responsible for our technical documentation, terms and definitions, and you will assist project managers in large-scale development and technology integration projects. You will also perform project management in your own portfolio of small- to medium-scale projects. Furthermore your key tasks will be: •develop technical project proposals based on input from project managers •develop technical concept descriptions, requirement specifications and test cases •develop manuals, instructions and guidelines for technical solutions •perform solution and platform tests and test reporting •develop project plans, resource plans, minutes of meetings and project status reports. Your profile You may hold a master’s degree in engineering or a similar degree, and you have experience in engineering and/or software development. You have documented experience in technical writing, where you have shown excellent understanding of technical concepts, terms and definitions, preferably within electrical engineering. Furthermore, experience in project management is a benefit. As we operate in an international environment, it is crucial that you speak and write English fluently and that you master technical English. Moreover, you have excellent communication skills, enabling you to communicate your results to your stakeholders in a simple and efficient manner.
