We are looking for a Technical Writer with strong communication skills for our Service Technology department. You will be responsible for creating documents in English describing technical issues and solutions for both internal and external customers globally. You will be located in Brande in a team of 4 people that form part of a department of 40. What are my responsibilities? Create Service Notes and Customer Technical Bulletins based on information from engineers and aimed at Siemens’ customers worldwide. Ensure and handle internal review of above mentioned documents including feedback to reviewers. Coordinate release of documents in close collaboration with colleagues in the team. Ownership and further development of processes for the documents. What do I need to qualify for this job? A strong communicational background in English combined with technical knowledge. Strong skills in communication with stakeholders and the ability to direct a message that suits Siemens on a strategic level. Good collaboration skills both when obtaining background information from engineers and when handling review processes with regional stakeholders. Outgoing and proactive person who is able to structure the work assignments and thrives with frequent follow-ups. What else do I need to know?
