For this reason, we are looking for a great colleague with excellent communicative, technical and analytical skills to support our current Tender Manager and Global Sales function globally. In this position, you will report to our CSO and be located at our headquarters in Aarhus. 

Coordinating and aligning global sales activities in a dynamic organization 
As our Tender Manager, you will work side by side with the rest of the fantastic global sales team to ensure that we have an overview of received requests for proposals and quotations. You will especially focus on clients in the growing Japanese market, but you will be communicating with many different cultures. In addition, you will:

• Support regional and global sales team in preparing proposals for clients around the world 
• Support our sales team in contract negotiations
• Support sales executive in sales strategy alignment and coordination globally and regionally 
• Register proposals and create project sites in our system
• Support development of sales catalogue 
• Support the sales process design and optimization 
• Participate in the development and maintenance of internal templates and tools for sales activities
• Organize and run internal training and workshops in sales process and tools

Likeable personality with experience in the Japanese market 
Besides your strong interest in renewable energy, you hold a relevant educational background combined with 5+ years of relevant, professional experience – preferably from the renewable industry. In addition, you possess the following qualifications: 

• Both commercial and technical skills are a prerequisite for this position, and so is experience with legal documents including FIDIC 
• Previous experience with Asian markets and cultures will be an advantage 
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing - Japanese is seen as an advantage 
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office programs
