Lokation DK - Smørum .Join our international hearing system R&D team in Smørum and take an essential role in our project organization. You are managing the test activities in our product realization process. This includes defining the test strategy, test plan and organization. You are responsible for setting the priorities, to write and evaluate test reports. You will every now and then participate in the testing, and you will be part of settings directions for automated testing. With your engagement, you ensure a very high product quality and prove the compliance of our medical products. Test management With this position, you will be a member of the R&D function System Integration and Verification. We are more than 40 dedicated colleagues who, with their broad range of competences, integrate platforms to deliver the products for the market and ensure that our products are of the highest quality. Your main tasks will include: Define a test strategy Organize and coordinate test resources Plan and execute the verification activities Create, evaluate and communicate test reports Manage defects Review system requirements and test specifications Experience in test management and testing We anticipate that you have some years of experience in test execution and test management of complex systems composed of multiple software and hardware platforms. Your underlying professional basis could be an engineering degree, but the most important thing for us is that you have relevant experience. In specific terms, you have: Experience in product verification of products based on integrated hardware and software platforms Knowledge of test and requirement management tools (DOORS and IBM RQM is advantage) Planning, coordination and organization skills An interest in establishing a system overview of a complex embedded system to ensure an optimal test strategy Knowledge in project- and quality management Presentation and communication skills Excellent communication skills in English Outgoing and ambitious As Test Manager, you will have a large network within the organization, and therefore it is necessary for you to be open and outgoing, and to excel at communication and coordination. Also, your approach to your work can be characterized as structured, systematic and analytical, and you possess the ability to find the way to a solution in a complex environment.
